About Me

My name is Caroline, and I'm a registered Social Worker currently practicing therapy in the province of New Brunswick. I've been a social worker since 2010 and have been offering therapy services to school-aged youth since 2018.

Some of my work experience includes working as a Youth Care Worker in a residential program, providing intake assessments for non-profit therapy agency, social worker with the FASD Centre of Excellence, helping young adults who experience struggles with mental health and addictions learn employability skills, and providing therapy services to school-aged kids.

In my spare time, you can find me with my family and our beloved pets, Baylee and Dexter, browsing the shelves at any bookstore, watching my favourite TV shows, and wishing I was at the beach! I like to be creative, often thinking "I want to try that" when I see anything handmade.

More importantly, I'm empathetic, kind, and dedicated to helping others reach their goals for wellness.

Things you should know before meeting with me

  •  I often dress in comfy clothes so I can have free movement during play therapy, so don't be surprised if you're greeted by someone wearing leggings and a t-shirt. Feel free to dress up comfortably too!

  • And you can bring in your own toys or safety items, like a blanky or a stuffed animal. I'd love to meet your favourite toys!

  • I'm an ally and advocate for the Queer community. You are safe in my space.
